HOW TO BOOK A TOUR WITH US

Step 1: Inquiry is free and most welcomed. Please email us, or call us, about any of our tours. Please also check out the comments of our past clients.

Step 2: You can let us know the changes you want on any of our tours. We will have the itinerary tailor-made to meet your specific needs.

Step 3: Once you have determined the itinerary changes you want and the hotel class you require, we will make the changes accordingly. We will confirm by email your specific itinerary with an invoice. The confirmed itinerary will have all the details, including the changes you have requested.

Step 4: To formalize your tour, all you need to do is to make the deposit as spelled out in the invoice. We will also need scanned copies of your passport personal information page so we can finalize the tour arrangements, including providing you the invitation letter to support your visa application if needed.

Step 5: We will send you the travel information 7 days before your arrival to begin the tour. The document we send will include tour guide information, emergency call number, weather forecast and notice for the tour.

Step 6: Please pay the invoice balance amount 5 days before your arrival, and double confirm all the details.

Step 7: We will meet you on your arrival and ensure you will have a wonderful trip.

WHAT MAKE US DIFFERENT AND BETTER

Small Tour Group and Flexible Itinerary

We specialize in small group tours. The maximum size of our tour group is 14, but it can be as small as a single traveler. You can either form your own private group or join a tour group we organize from individual travelers. The small group size allows us to ensure your needs are well taken care of, so you can truly enjoy your tour. In addition, you can also make itinerary adjustments before your tour is finalized, if it is a private group tour.

Unbeatable Pricing

Even with our small tour groups, our pricing is still unbeatable because we are the local travel agency and operator. You will find that our pricing for a 4-person private tour is compatible with the large group tours offered elsewhere, which typically have an inflexible itinerary.

To guarantee our service quality and client satisfaction, we only book fewer than 120 tours online each year. We provide 24-hour service for all our tours.

We fully understand the importance of a competent guide who is knowledgeable, friendly, pleasant, and professional. We also know it is important to have a skillful driver who is cooperative and polite. We take pride in having both.

Hotels to Meet Different Needs

Our hotels range from the good tourist-class 3-Star to the luxurious 5-Star. They provide western style breakfast and are located either conveniently downtown or near interesting places.

Meals Not “Touristy”

We do not arrange tourist-type restaurants for our clients. Instead, you will enjoy local cuisines in the restaurants for locals, which is part of what makes the tour more fun.

No Mandatory Shopping Stops

We provide real tours so that you can fully enjoy your trip by seeing more and experiencing more of your tour. However, at your request, we are happy to accompany you to the shops and markets or any other places where the locals go.
