15 Day of Classical Silk Route Adventure& Fashion China Tour Beijing, Urumqi, Kashgar, Turpan, Dunhuang, Xi'an and Shanghai

       For the new and second- time visitor to China. A 2000 year old route between Middle East and China. Traveling the Silk Road is an adventure where the west and Great Wall meets the Gobi Desert, ancient tombs, and much more. This is a mixture of Chinese and Islamic cultures.

Tour Itinerary:

Arrival / Beijing
         Transfer via: International flight to Beijing-On your own arrangement .Arrive at Beijing. Be met & transferred to your hotel. Free at leisure for the rest of the day.

Day 2 Beijing (B, L, )
        Full day trip to the Tiananmen Square, the Forbidden City, the Temple of Heaven.
       The Tian'anmen Square: The largest city square in the world.
       - The Forbidden City : The largest imperial palace in China during the Ming and Qing dynasties with a history of around 600 years.
      - The Temple of Heaven : The place where the ancient emperors used to pray for the God's bless of the whole nation.

Day 3 Beijing (B, L, D )
      Full day trip to the Great Wall, Ming Tomb
     . Enjoy a famous Peking Duck Banquet for dinner.
     - The Great Wall : One of the seven wonders in the world and the symbol of China.
     - The Ming Tomb: The only underground tomb of the thirteen tombs of the emperors in the MingDynasty.
      The Summer Palace : The largest and best-preserved royal garden in China with a history of over 800 years.
      Roasted Duck at Qianmen Quanjude : In the evening, enjoy the Peking Roasted Duck which is renowned as the most delicious food of Beijing.
Day 04: Beijing ¨C Urumqi (B+L)
     Take a flight to Urumqi and transfer to the hotel.
   visit the Xinjiang Museum . The largest museum along the silk road tour.
Day 05: Urumqi (B+L)
    Full day to explore the Southern pastureland
      The Southern Pasture : Located in the valley of Tian Mountain, the pasture is a very beautiful place for graze with mountains, valleys, fountains, waterfalls, cypress and pine trees.Over night in Kazak's yurt in the mountain.
Day 06: Urumqi - Kashgar(B+L)
       You can explore the mountain and know the old Kazak minority in the mountain,enjoy the local dishes.In the evening you will take a flight to Kashgar - "the pearl on the Ancient Silk Road". Upon arrival, you will be transferred to the hotel.
Day 07: Kashgar ¨C Urumqi (B+L)
     Full day trip in Kashgar and back to Urumqi in the evening.
     Visit the famous Sunday Bazaar. The Uygur farm trade market . Kashgar's bazaar is the biggest one in Xinjiang.
     The Id Kah Mosque : The oldest and the biggest mosque in China.
     The Old Street :Uyger's traditional residence and enjoy their folk customer.
       The Abakh Khoja Tomb : The tomb served as the family tomb of Abakh Khoja, the powerful ruler of Kashgar in the 17th century who was revered as a prophet and second only to Mohammed
Day 08: Urumqi--- Turpan(B+L)
     Full day in Turpan.
- Gaochang Ancient City : The city's name means 'the King City'. It was founded during the first century B.C. and abandoned during the 15th century.
- Astana Tombs : where the ancient people of the Gaochang city are buried. It is famous for its terracotta figurines and tomb paintings
- The Flaming Mountain : Many years of volcanic activity have formed the unique crisscrossing gullies and ravines. During mid-afternoon the heat becomes intense as the sun's rays are reflected off the red rocks, as though the hillsides areengulfed by tongues of fire, hence the name.
      Bezeklik Thousand Buddha Caves : It contains 83 caves dating from the Northern and Southern dynasties (317 - 589) to the Yuan dynasty (1279 - 1368)

Day 09: Turpan ¨C Dunhuang.(B+L)
Full day trip in Turpan and Take an overnight soft sleeper train to Dunhuang.
Jiaohe Ancient City : which was the military center from the 1st century to 15th century,it's the only one city that consisted of the dug houses.
Karez Well : The underground irrigation system and regarded as one of the three greatest man made project.
Day 10: Dunhuang¡ªXi`an(B+L)
       You will be picked up by the guide ,take a flight to Xi`an in the evening. You will experience a short camel-riding along the Echoing-Sand Dune to reach the Crescent Lake. Take a flight to Xian and transfer to the hotel. (B+L)
- Mogao Grottoes: Constructed over a millennium, from the 4th to the 14th centuries, the caves hold the world's richest treasure house of Buddhist sutras, murals and sculptures.Cameras are not permitted.
- Echoing-Sand Mountain : Crescent Moon Spring is 6km south of Dunhuang in the Singing Sands Mountains and is quite literally an oasis in the desert. The spring's name derives from the crescent moon shape taken by the small pool of spring water between two large sand dunes. Although the area is very dry, the pool doesn't dry up as one might expect,
Day 11: Xian (B+L)
- The Terra-cotta Warriors and Horse s: The greatest archaeological findings of the century: the army of terra-cotta warriors and the bronze chariots entombed in vast underground vaults at emperor Qin's tomb.
- The Bell Tower: The emblem of Xian city.
- The Wild Goose Pagoda: The pagoda where widely renowned Master Xuanzang (Monk Tripitaka) stored his classics brought from India.
- The Provincial Museum : One of the main museums in China which holds numerous unearthed cultural relics of China.

Day 12: Xian - Shanghai(B)
The day is arranged by yourselves, you are suggested to visit the City Wall, the Great Mosque and have some free time to explore the Bazaar near the Mosque by yourselves. Then you are advised to take a shuttle bus to the airport and the bus stop is very near to your hotel. Board the flight to  Shanghai by yourselves. Upon arrival, please go to the hotel we have booked for you by yourselves. (B)
Day 13: Shanghai (B)
The hotel accommodation with breakfast is provided today. You are suggested to visit the Shanghai Museum , the Yuyuan Garden and the Bund on your own. (B)
Day 14: Shanghai (B)
The hotel accommodation with breakfast is provided today. The full day's activities are arranged by yourselves.
Day 15: Departure from Shanghai (B)
You will get to the airport to board your homeward flight by yourselves. (B)
